Easy realistic hair tutorial

As realistic as I can get anyway. XD I was messing around with a new technique and this is what I came up with. Results are much nicer than what I usually do. Sorry the pics are so small. I actually didn't realize how small I actually painted the example hair. X_X I'll do a quick video tutorial when I get the time.
